If you’re having problems trying to get a ride or order food, it’s because Grab’s services are currently down.

The company tweeted that they’re currently looking into the problem and will update its users once it’s back online.

However, they didn’t specify when exactly users can use their services again.

Dear users, we are currently experiencing a service disruption, which may result in your Grab app not working as expected. Our team is currently looking into this and we will update when the app is back up & running. Apologies for the inconvenience & thank you for your patience.
