Buying a new car brings happiness not only to the buyer but also to the buyer’s family and friends. However, the happiness of one family was cut short just two hours after driving their new car.

The story was shared by a Facebook user known as Ea Sya in a Facebook group page. According to her, the family had to endure an 8-month waiting period before finally getting a Perodua Alza. They had to travel all the way to Kuala Lumpur from Johor Bahru to pick up the car.

However, just 2 hours after they started their journey back to Johor Bahru from Kuala Lumpur to, they suffered a major accident when they were hit from behind by another vehicle.

The newly bought car sustained major damages in the rear end and front of the car. From the pictures that was shared, it can be seen the rear was badly smashed.

As for the front end, it was also damaged badly. The front bumper was smashed beyond recognition.

Netizens who saw the post shared their sympathies for the family.

Sometimes in life one will never know when bad times will strike. At this point, all we can do is be patient and work on a solution.
