If you’re headed up to Genting Highlands this festive period, Resorts World Genting (RWG) has a bunch of exciting stuff that you should look out for to make your trip even better!

RWG has committed to coming back with a bang, and are making use of the Chinese New Year festivities to showcase that.

Picutre-perfect Memories

Find luminous red lanterns and glittering string lights all over Genting’s hotspots for true CNY vibes and an aesthetic backdrop for your Instagram photos. If you’re into something bigger, there is also a 7-metre tall golden tree with lanterns at Central Park and a 3.5-metre tall golden tiger centrepiece at KimHua Atrium.

Other than that, watch awesome performances by the Kun Seng Keng Lion and Dragon Dance Association, or the CNY Dance Show with God of Prosperity & Friends, or the Orient Voyage Chinese Orchestra at the Arena of Stars.

Otherwise, feel free to hang around Central Park for even more entertaining appearances. Catch a gorgeous fountain show at the Lake of Dreams, or keep an eye out for the God of Prosperity & Friends Walkabout, or catch any of the CNY Prosperity Dance Celebrations or performances from the Orient Voyage Chinese Orchestra.

There are even more appearances from the Genting’s Highland Heroes or 12 zodiac animals at Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park and SkySymphony respectively.

CNY Delights

If you’re roaring with a great appetite for high-altitude yummy food, then RWG has you covered as well. You can toss yee sang at greater heights and end the day on a sweet note with golden pineapple tarts at the restaurants in Genting hotels.

In addition to that, RWG has even prepared speciality mocktails which you can find at many restaurants in the SkyAvenue shopping mall.

Additionally, there’s an exclusive CNY Eve package only available on 31 January for a delectable dim sum spread at Park Avenue Lounge, where you can savour delights such as steamed salmon and five spices chicken while you welcome the Year of the Tiger with a lovely view of KL.
