An unhappy Starbucks Malaysia customer threatened legal action after her name was allegedly misspelt.
Bavitra Ramachandran claimed that a barista wrote the word ‘Babi’ on her drink order instead of her name, Bavi.
She posted about it on social media and expressed her intention to sue the coffee chain.
However, her post has since been deleted.

BABI BETHOLL PERANGAI
Bavitra said the mistake was unacceptable and that Starbucks Malaysia’s employees should have known that no one’s name starts with ‘Babi.’
The incident is said to have occurred at either Starbucks Sunway Medical Centre or Starbucks Sunway Velocity.
The incident has caused a stir online, with many calling for the company to take action to prevent similar mistakes from happening in the future.
Many netizens on social media have criticized Starbucks for failing to educate its employees to be more responsible when taking customer names.
They also said such mistakes are unacceptable in the food and beverage industry.
On the other hand, some suggested that Bavitra should forgive and forget, as the incident could have been a misunderstanding.
They added that hiring a lawyer to pursue the matter would be unnecessary.
Damage yang dia dapat adalah setelah dia sendiri yang viral kan nama “babi” tu sedangkan ianya “bavi” . Sendiri yang nak malukan diri sendiri, tiber nak saman starbucks. Lols sangat
